Paige Drewelow is a highly experienced and well-rounded attorney recruiter, having served as Global Director of Legal Recruiting at Am Law 100 law firms, as well as in the role of Managing Director at a legal search firm. She has placed partners, associates, and in-house attorneys across the world.
Paige has been in the legal industry for over 20 years, ever since she earned her B.A. from The University of Texas. She transitioned into legal recruiting at Baker & McKenzie after working as an IP litigation paralegal at Cooley and Keker & Van Nest. At O’Melveny, Paige oversaw recruiting and associate relations in both Northern California offices as well as the Asia offices. She then ran global recruiting at O’Melveny, Weil Gotshal, and Vinson & Elkins. Paige is a former board member of the Bay Area Legal Recruiting Association (BALRA) and member of NALP.
Paige has lived and worked in San Francisco, Austin, Houston, and New York City and spent substantial time working in other markets including Washington DC, Orange County, Los Angeles, and Shanghai. Her big firm background and experience working with attorneys give her unparalleled insight into the placement process. She is uniquely suited to understand the needs of firms.
A self-described foodie, Paige enjoys discovering new restaurants, cooking, hosting dinner parties, travel, interior design & architecture, the art world and attempting to train her mini Labradoodle, Olive.
